RESERVATIONS

​

For online payments 

  • Please follow the online payment procedure. Your card will be charged a deposit  with the total of one night stay. 

For offline reservations 

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.

  • In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit of the total of one night in advance. The deposit can be paid via a Bank/online Bank Transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram.

  • Once the deposit is received we will email you the confirmation of your reservation.

TAXES

  • A  tax of 22% is included in the rates.

  • The overnight stay tax of 0.50 Euros per night is not included and is payed at the end of your stay.

CHANGING DATES, CANCELATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURE

  • Whether you have made an online or offline reservation, and you need to make any changes please contact us at mesimvriastudios@gmail.com. 

  • For all reservations made for the period 01 May to 30 September, the deposit is not refundable. 

  • No show-ups are charged the total amount of the reservation.

  • For all reservations made for the period 01 October to 30 April the deposit is fully refundable if the cancelation is made 21 days prior to the arrival.

  • At our discretion, if you leave before your scheduled departure date we will charge 50% for each of the remaining days, with a minimum charge equal to the cost of one night’s accommodation.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • Mesimvria Studios will use your personal information only for the purpose that have been collected. All of your personal information are protected and are not  shared with any third parties.

​

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time: 14:30.

  • Check-out time: 11:00.

  • Early check-In or Late Check-Out is subjected to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the management.

  • Early Check-In is free of charge (depending on availability). Late Check-out up to 17:00 is charged with 50% of the daily room rate. Late Check-out after 17:00 is charged with 100% of the daily room rate.

CLEANING SERVICE

  • Your studio will be cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen

  • Changing of the bed and bath linen every 3-5 days.

  • General cleaning service every1-2 days.

 

CHILDREN

  • It is allowed for a child up to 5 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs/cots are upon request and need to be confirmed with the management. The baby crib/cot it is charged 7.00 Euros per night. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults. 

 

EXTRA BEDS

  • An extra bed for an additional occupant is possible upon request for specific rooms. The extra bed it is charged +15.00 Euros per night.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

  • Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY

  • Mesimvria Studios reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure.

 

EXCESSIVE NOISE

  • The quite hours to be respected are from 14:00 to 17:30 and from 22:30 to 08:30.
